Hi Jim,, the answer to your query is, unfortunately NO,, this on the photograph is seen the *Offshore load-out terminal* of shipyard Viktor Lenac,, straight behind, after the ship on air distance of 3 km, is the location of the todays Rijeka container terminal... with the big White Buoy on that location there today.
Hope to have clarified the location(s) & much thanks mate! Cheers /Jadran
