Not like the old "Reso". She was hard old girl but a very happy and social ship - I doubt the more modern version is a patch on her. Probably runs around with half the crew to boot.

This morning I have posted this in the forum:

"BP R-Class tankers

Very recently several pictures of the new British Resolution were posted as Chemical and product tankers, no doubt because she paid an empty visit to Amsterdam. Checking the BP website I found that she and her sisters have been designed to carry crude oil and black products,and are not epoxy coated. Therefore, in the definition we apply on this site, she can not be considered as a clean product tanker(LR2). Hence I moved the shots to the crude oil category.

Please keep note of this when posting photo's of her and her sisters.
