Mike, interesting to see your excellent photograph of a ship (albeit not a very pretty one) that I had totally ignored - and sorry not to meet up with you at New Brighton as a result

Unconfirmed reports are that, after discharging her load of empty containers, presumably in the Far East, she will proceed straight to breakers

Hi Malcolm,
It was very interesting to see this old bridge forward type container ship.
The rumour is that there is another old container ship on its way to the breakers via Liverpool - so if the tides + weather OK Jennie and I will be there!!
