Description:
MANIOGLU, photographed on 20.12.75 sailing towards the Black Sea, probably to load another cargo of coal for Istanbul, had been built at Rostock in 1913 as ARCTURUS and was purchased by Turkey in 1950. Trading as CELIKEL until 1964, she thereafter operated as MANIOGLU until broken up in 1978.

But there is a nonsence in Vessel Identification. Turkish flag is clearly seen and for the last time she sailed under German flag in 1914! She was seized by France at the outbreak of WWI, only few months after delivery to Argo Linie by Neptun A.G. (certainly not Meyer Neptun Rostock)
