Fishing Vessel 'Ellidi' on the Domain slip, Hobart December 01 2005. The Ellidi was originally the 'Quantus PD379' and built in Europe. The previous name and registration is still visible in welded letters on both the bow and stern. The owner informed me that the only alterations made to her since she arrived in Australia were to the well deck. The Ellidi was to be slipped on the Shiplift in Launceston earlier this year but her draught was too great so she was slipped in Hobart.
