Description:
This shows the former Panamanian-flag CAPE ELIZABETH, brought to Los Angeles for scrap, but resold in hopes of future employment. At this point photos showed a homeport of Road..., so probably she was under British Virgin Islands flag. In the end it appears she never saw any additional use, and as of 2017, remains as a hulk at Bay Point CA in the Sacramento Delta.
