Description:
Nigerian National Shipping Line’s 1956 J.Crown, Sunderland, built EL KANEMI was photographed passing Portishead, outbound from Avonmouth exactly fifty years ago, on Saturday 4th April 1970.
She had been purchased in 1960 from Silver Line who had traded her from new as SILVERDENE.
Later: 1978 ANEMI
She finally arrived at Kaohisung on 3.6.80 for breaking
