enforcement vessel for use in Alaskan waters;
vessel continued in service with the Fish and Wildlife Service
upon its creation in 1940, until transferred to the Alaska
Department of Fish and Game in 1960;
1960: sold into private ownership for $12,000;
vessel changed hands multiple times and wore several different names;
1971: sold for $25,000 and restored at a reported cost of $300,000;
1975: her original name restored and vessel used for fishing for many years;
2003: sold for $159,000 and restored for a second time; offering
cruises in Southeast Alaska and serving as a tender to gillnet boats;
