They are various warning alarms for the tanks / cargo. 95% is high level warning alarm that a tank is approaching capacity (normally tanks aren;t filled beyond 95%), and 98% is a high high level alarm that yep, the tank really is approaching capacity and the cargo fire alarm is what you imagine it is.

On original size is visible "98% 95% CARGO FIRE" above the wheelhouse windows. Anyone have any idea what this is about?
