Each entry to the ports located on the Bay of Biscay can provide sailors with a large dose of adrenaline. Even if the weather is good, high surf and swell make maneuvering the ship difficult and require exceptional skills. I have always admired PILOTES bringing ships into ports and going out to sea in even the most nasty weather. Respect .
