And further to this, this is not the correct IMO number, in all sources I have, including Fleetphoto, this number links to the 1960 built fish carrier KULOY, built in Germany. Fleetphoto has several Tuloma's on offer, but none is matching the ship you are (partly) showing here.

On fleetphoto - is there a photo of this vessel from the 80s or early 90s? maybe it was slightly altered at a shipyard in the Far East

The shot you are referring to is showing a completely different ship , with a midship accomodation, while the TULOMA here is much smalerl and an has all-aft configuration. Fleetphoto has a reference to a smaller TULOMA, built as part of the TARTU type design 1849. This has a much more modern funnel design than the ship here. Are you sure this ship is indeed named TULOMA? I can't see a name anywhere on the shot.

The ship farthest in the background is consistent with the "Yana type," at least in my opinion, but bears no resemblance to the SOVETSKY SAKHALIN.

Ah, everything is clear now : Behind him, should have been read in a different way. The Tuloma is the ship last ship in this line of four...
