That's the ferry crossing just south of Port Said, near the floating bridge
The Suez Canal Authority move the individual ferries around the various crossings

I do not claim to know much about reading Arabic, but based off my comments about EL RASWA 14, I believe the vessel on the right may be RASWA 12, IMO 8614182.
