Description:

Three's a crowd at Gohyeon anchorage: "CMA CGM Endurance" (IMO No. 9951549), "ZIM Mount Vinson" (IMO No. 9932531) and "Wan Hai A15" (IMO No. 9941154). The first one is fresh off her sea trials, while the other two are preparing for their respective ones (and I will join one of them soon)...

Thank you for your comments. The superstructures of the container vessels will remain like these for some time, at least until the day comes they figure out how to eliminate them completely...

They certainly show very beautiful hull shapes below their main deck. The other parts of these far travelling wharehouses do not ask for a second look.

Nice group shot Vlad, also a lot of container slots. Evidence of the tidal wave of new container tonnage entering service as shipping lines bleary eyed from the massive profit-making of the covid era, ordered more to make more money. But as often happens "one swallow doesn't make a summer" and the shipping cycle headed south as life got back to normal, although they now may get some temporary relief from the Houthi's bombing the Red Sea and the longer shipping schedules creating an artificial increase in tonnage demand.
