Shell Tankers' 1955 Wallsend built tanker HELISOMA, a frequent visitor to Avonmouth (where seen berthed on an unknown date), had for example sailed from the port on 11th April 1964, bound for Curacao in ballast, following discharge of a cargo loaded at Thames Haven.
