She was originally built as an SBT product/crude tanker with 9 centre tanks. Shew as converted to a bulker in September 2010. The partly removed hull clearly shows the ballast tanks, which may have been used when the ship operated as a bulk carrier as well, (which was only for a brief period as she went to the beach within a year after conversion.
