The historic Norwegian Society for Sea Rescue (NSSR) rescue cutter Colin Archer participating in the RNLI's 175th anniversary sail past at Poole on 23 June 1999. The Colin Archer is owned by the Norwegian Maritime Museum in Oslo and has won the Cutty Sark Tall Ship Race on more than one occasion in the 1980's. The RNLI's 200th anniversary sail past will be taking place at Poole in just five days time on Sunday 19 May.
