To me this is the best photo of that harbour trip. Brilliant colours in the sunshine. Hope the guy behind you missed that one! :lol:

Well, that was taken when we have been on the ferry to - from Teufelsbrück but I bet the guy behind it, would have complained that the ship was in his way when he saw it :-) I would not be surprised that afterwards he did tell around, that the port would have been nice if the sun would not have been blocked off by all the ships :p

Right, that was on the ferry. I haven't yet had my daily cup of Biovital, so my memory isn't too well! :-D

Funny thing is, I did look up the schedule before that and I read maersk maersk.. maersk and I did imagine of course something different, and then I saw that certain ship at the harbour tour and I was a bit disappointed.. but anyways, that's ok now, as photos turned out really good.

Maersk should add measurements to the ships in their schedule. So one knows what to expect!

I will NOT complain, but Andrew is solely commenting on YOUR photographs of Maersk Ferrol and COSCO Ningbo! That's what you get when you're so kind and show Hamburg to people from the south. They get all the fame!
(Hey, just kidding, I'm in no way serious! :-D )

Of course Hamburg ships belong to everyone, but I think, we have divided already, because if you look at Jens' gallery, he takes photos of most red ships and I take the blue ones :-D And, ok I take "Gerda" too !

Nein, es muß schon Spaß machen. Wurde hier eben zwar schon gefragt, ob es mir auch gut geht, aber was soll's! Habe mich tatsächlich lange nicht mehr so amüsiert, wie bei unserem kleinen Plausch. :-)

Und dann guckt der, der da geguckt hast, ob Du o. k. bist, was Du Dir da für eine Seite aufmachst, Witze, lustige Bildchen, und da sind dann nur Schiffe zu sehen und er versteht nur Bahnhof :-D

Thanks alot, and yes - I was very lucky with the weather, but it was very cold.. just like it was, when I arrived Helsinki a few days later :-D

I can imagine that, having frozen myself at Bubendey-Ufer in MAY... 8-)

Hope you had a nice time in Helsinki though the weather was plain grey for most of February, still about 10 to 15 degrees warmer than normally at this time of year...

First two days, perfect, even a bit of snow-covered places in the city, last two days - grey and snow-mud, not good. And, stom on the way back, arriving Travemünde 24.02.08
